The Founder, MOK Foundation

Okunlola Muhydeen Kayode

Okunlola Muhydeen Kayode is a distinguished Nigerian entrepreneur and the Principal Partner of Luxiar Construction Limited. Luxiar is a construction company based mainly in FCT, Abuja, and with spread across the country. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Muhydeen has established himself as a knowledgeable and competent professional in the construction industry.

 

Muhydeen attended the prestigious Offa Grammar School, Offa from 1998 to 2004 before proceeding to the higher institution where he bagged his degree in Quantity Survey, and began his career working for select reputable construction firms in Nigeria. He quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating his expertise in project management, cost control, and quality assurance.

In 2017, Muhydeen and his partner founded Luxiar Construction Limited, which has since become a leading construction company in Nigeria, known for its quality workmanship and timely delivery of projects. Luxiar has since gone on to execute a number of projects both within the private and public sector which includes the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), and the Ministry of Defense Cooperative Society Estate amongst others. Under Muhydeen leadership, the company has completed numerous projects and ongoing projects that comprises of over 3,000 structures ranging from residential and commercial buildings to infrastructure and industrial facilities.

It is no news that Muhydeen had always identified with the street – given his humble background, and had always had a knack to succeed, and helping others succeed. Conceiving MOK Foundation is borne out of strong resolve and determination that most people hold the potential for greatness, all they need is a little support to help them gain momentum and find their life’s bearings. Thus, he believes he can use MOK Foundation as a launch pad to help spread a wave of community service and support through educational and vocational scholarships; youth empowerment; micro-credit and financial empowerment, and other humanitarian interventions.

Finally, Muhydeen believes MOK Foundation will do well to help him give back to society, contribute his quota to nation-building, and make lots of positive impact in people’s lives.
